Are you interested in deepening your understanding of societal issues and strengthening your civic skills? Would you like to further develop your capacity to be an active member of your community? Have you thought about career paths that lead to social change? If you answered YES, then please check out our brand new resource that the CCE created to support students like you!
With the help of our friends at the Butler Library, we have published the Civic and Community Engagement for Students LibGuide. This guide provides a list of resources to support community-engaged learning, service-learning, civic engagement, and opportunities for leadership development.
The Civic and Community Engagement for Students LibGuide includes a wide variety of resource pages such as our community partner organizations, volunteer and leadership development opportunities, and non-profit career resources. Video tutorials, recorded workshops, and suggested readings are also available.
We would love to hear what you think of the new guide! Please feel free to contact the CCE with your feedback.
